We're sharing our recipe and the secret ingredient to the Mac & Cheese we sell in the Snack Barn and the best thing is we're sampling it in the Mill Store!  Featured in our Cookbook the Baked Mac & Cheese Recipe uses Mill-Aged, Extra-Sharp, New York State Cheddar Cheese making THE BEST we've ever tasted.  Samples, recipes and cheese promotions will be available from 10:00 until 4:00.
