Patricia Davis on board as Foodservice Manager
Fly Creek, NY- Patricia Davis of New Berlin, NY is now the foodservice manager at the Fly Creek Cider Mill & Orchard. The new management position provides for the supervision of the Snack Barn Restaurant and Bakery operation together with the Mill’s foodservice needs. Her 32-year experience in the industry has been primarily with independent restaurants and institutions. “I am looking forward to working with Pat to build our sales and expedite service in our Snack Barn Restaurant. We anticipate a busy season and I welcome having a full-time manager in charge of this department,” says Bill Michaels, co-owner of the Mill.
