Taste of Fly Creek Series to feature Marc Antony Calasbrese and Sweet Soprasetta Sausage
Marc Antony Foods of Syracuse, NY will be the feature of this Saturday’s Taste of Fly Creek Series focused tasting of Dry Italian Sausages. Marc Antony is a family owned and operated Pride of New York business making sausages from a recipe brought from Italy in 1981. Like baking a cake from scratch Marc Antony follows a tedious and exacting process delivering a delicious and consistent sausage using only the finest ingredients. Sausage maker, Rita Middleton, will be sampling their Sweet Soprasetta, Hot Calabrese and Abbrussese sausages pairing them with the Mill’s famous New York State Cave-Aged, Extra-Sharp Cheddar.
