Jam: Thick mixture of fruit and sugar
Jelly: A clear, bright mixture made from fruit juice, sugar and often pectin or acid.
Preserve: Almost identical to a jam, preserve contain large chunks of fruit or whole fruit
Fruit Spread: Made with fruit juice concentrates or low-calorie sweeteners
Fruit Butter: Made by cooking fresh fruit with spices until thick and smooth
