
3 pounds chicken legs and thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup Fly Creek Cider Mill Honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Pour over the chicken.
- Bake in preheated over for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized.
