
(4) 14-oz. pork rib chops
2 cups sliced onions, sauteed in butter and 1856 BBQ Sauce (or another of your FCCM favorites)
2 cups peeled FCCM apple slices, cooked in butter and sugar until browned
- Season apples with salt and pepper.
- Grill pork chops until medium-done, about 6 minutes per side.
- Surround chops with apples and onions.
- Garnish with rosemary and serve.
