2 lbs. of medium sized potatoes, skin on and each cut into 8 pieces
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons FCCM Honey Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons FCCM Honey
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary, plus more for garnish
Splash of sea salt or other coarse grain salt
- Mix all ingredients together in a roasting pan.
- Roast on 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, checking for desired doneness.
