
1 flat bread or flour tortilla
3 oz slced roast turkey
1/4 cup Fly Creek Cider Mill Sweet Corn Salsa plus more, if desired
1/4 cup diced avocado
Sprinkling of shredded iceberg lettuce
- For each roll-up:
- Lay the flat bread out on a clean work surface. Place the tukey on top, leaving an inch all around the edge uncover. Spoon the salsa over the turkey, followed by the avocado and lettuce.
- Fold two opposing sides of the bread over the filling and then roll the entire bread up and over the filling to completely enclose.
- Serve immediately with additional Sweet Corn Salsa on the side, if desired.
